Powrkoil 17 Coverstock The Slingshot features the popular Brunswick PowrKoil 17 Reactive coverstock. PowrKoil 17 is a mild reactive coverstock that will create length with a medium response to friction on dry to medium-dry lane conditions. The Slingshot is available in a variety of bright pearlized colors to match any bowler’s style. Core The Slingshot is the first ball in its class with a modified two-piece shaped dynamic core. The dynamic core offers multiple drilling options and stronger hitting power compared to the traditional three-piece pancake weight-block core available at the same price point. Ball Motion With its high gloss finish, the Slingshot will provide good length with a strong continuous backend reaction that matches up on dry to medium-dry lane conditions for a wide range of bowling styles. Reaction Setup The Slingshot can be drilled using the standard drilling techniques developed for symmetric bowling balls.
